Course Introduction:-

The course aims to provide an extensive and career-oriented course on Women and law. The course in terms of importance, versatility and practicality incorporates almost all-important issues, doctrines and concepts of Women and Law, including the legislative and policy initiatives taken at National and International level. The course also highlights the legislative and statutory framework on Live-in relationship, surrogacy and other important issues relating to women, in the most detailed and systematic manner for providing a crystal-clear knowledge to the aspirants about the Women and Law. The prime concern of the “LedX” and educationalists is to offer a cutting-edge course on Women and Law specially designed for legal and non-legal aspirants.
